Karthik kills the officer and goes to jail, where he meets a Nepali social worker (Govind Namdeo), who inspires him to fight for women's rights. Karthik escapes from prison and starts killing those who harass women at workplace, disguised as a Nepali youth. DCP Gautham (Prem) is assigned to catch the serial killer, who turns out to be his friend Karthik.

The film received mixed reviews from critics, who praised Bharath's performance but criticized the screenplay and direction. The film was also compared to the Hollywood film Fight Club, which has a similar twist of the protagonist having multiple personalities. The film was dubbed into Telugu as Nenu Meeku Telusa...? and into Hindi as Nepali The Warrior.
